What's actually in Ritual?
90% medium-roast Arabica coffee from Brazil and Mexico, 5% organic lion's mane, 5% organic chaga. Ground for drip and pour-over. Nothing else.
Does it taste like mushrooms?
No. Dark chocolate up front, nutty middle, full body, low acidity. The mushrooms are milled in with the beans at a level you don't taste — it's coffee that tastes like coffee.
How much caffeine is in it?
About the same as a regular cup of medium roast, slightly less, since 10% of each scoop is mushroom rather than coffee.
How do I brew it?
Exactly like the coffee you already make — drip machine, pour-over, French press, AeroPress. One rounded tablespoon (about 10 g) per 8 oz of water. No special equipment.
How many cups are in a bag?
About 34 from a 12 oz bag. Roughly a month if you drink one a day.
