Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is $6.95 and free on orders over $60.

Orders typically arrive in 5–8 business days, and you'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. We can't change a shipping address once an order is on its way, so please double-check it at checkout.

If tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't turned up, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email hello@venarralabs.com within 7 days and we'll sort it out.
