Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically. When you choose Subscribe & Save, a new order is created at the frequency you select, and the payment method on file is charged the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and tax, on each renewal date until you cancel.

Managing your subscription. You can skip your next delivery, pause, or cancel at any time, and update your shipping address or payment method, from the Manage subscriptions section of your account or by emailing hello@venarralabs.com. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitments.

Timing. Skips, changes, and cancellations apply to your next renewal. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, make the change before that order's renewal date. Orders that have already been processed or shipped can't be cancelled and are covered by our Refund policy.

Price changes. If the subscription price changes, we'll email you before your next renewal.
