Ritual is a medium-roast Arabica ground coffee with two functional mushrooms — organic lion's mane and organic chaga — milled in with the beans. It brews like the coffee you already make, in whatever you already make it in. Dark chocolate up front, a nutty middle, full body, low acidity, clean finish. It tastes like coffee.
One 12 oz bag makes about 34 cups. Most people put it on subscription and stop thinking about it. That's the point.

How to brew
Use it exactly like regular ground coffee. One tablespoon (about 10 g) per 6 oz of water — that's the serving size on the label. Like it stronger? Use two. French press: same ratio, four-minute steep. Keep the bag sealed and away from heat and light; it's at its best within a few weeks of opening.
